Shipping Information

All UK orders are shipped with Royal Mail using their special delivery service. You should receive tracking information automatically from them via email/SMS.

For all international orders, we use FedEx or UPS courier service.

Any duty / customs charges resulting from your purchase are your responsibility. If required, the courier company will contact you directly to collect these charges upon delivery.

If you have any questions about customs charges, please refer to your own country’s import policy.
